AP+ Flight Time Bug

I have an issue with autopilot plus doent counting the flight time, i flew from sydney to bali arou 6-7 hours and only counted 2 hours. Then i flew from Greenland to denmark for 4.30 hours and only counted 1 hour. I lost 7 hours of my flight time which i really need for upgrade to expert server

Device:Samsung S25 Ultra
Operating system :android

same happened to me i took by a flight from AP+ and it counted time since i logged back only

It does not look like your account is linked.
What is your most recent callsign? And if you can share the identifier of the account, it would be most helpful.

Thx for your reply. Im just linked my account and my latest callsign is Finnair 091. And my username is Davi_Pasaribu with exact same photoprofile.

Edit it keeps happening. My 4 hour flight from Atlanta to Phoenix only counted 51 minutes

I still have issues with AP+. I asked my friend to help me test it. The problem occurs on my account when he logs into my account on his device, but his own personal account works perfectly fine on the same device.
The two involved accounts are XXXC and my current account XCDH.

I even created a brand‑new account and subscribed to AP+ again, yet the exact same issue still happens.

Also thank you for helping my friend resolve his previous account‑related problem.

I really enjoy this game, and I have paid for two Pro subscriptions. Unfortunately the problem is still unresolved. I hope you can assist me to fix this issue. Thank you very much.

Was it this flight?
If so, the several disconnected legs is most likely the issue.

We pushed some improvements server side to this earlier this morning, so it might be worth trying again now :slight_smile:
