I met the same problem.When I start using AP+, it showed that my flight was normal on my device, but according to the tracking software, it showed that there was a problem with my flight.My flight only has ALT data, not HDG and SPD data.After this situation lasted for a few minutes, the flight disappeared from the tracking software, and my network connection and network condition were normal.
This problem only occurs when using AP+, and there is no problem in normal flight.
I also experienced this glitch recently. I started a flight from Dubai To San Francisco on the 777 300ER and the flight should’ve been well over 15hrs. I got back into the sim and finished the flight and the total flight time was just 16mins. Hope to get a fix soon
I’ve been experiencing the same bug since yesterday. I flew from ATL to SJC in the beta version, and my flight time was only counted as roughly 3.5 hours despite this flight taking roughly 5 hours. I’m flying from LHR to PER right now in the full release of 26.1, and I just logged back in earlier to complete my final climb, and AP+ said that I had only flown for 31 minutes.
I think we all have the bug then.
I also got it yesterday when I was doing SEA- BIKF on the max, I came back at the 30 minutes, and it shows my flight time is 18 hours, but I know it just over 7 hours of flight time. 
I was wondering why there weren’t that many planes flying around recently, and I guess this is why lol. Hopefully it’s fixed soon
Same here, was in the middle of a ferry flight from Calgary Canada to Brno Czech in the C172. I was on the Greenland to Iceland leg and i noticed my flight hours were not adding up cos I’ve been flying with AP+. Did subsequent legs all the way to Czech, still didn’t record my flight hours, ended up recording only 13hrs instead of the over 25hrs i had spent.
Actually it’s not that the plane flies direct to your destination, but your plane was undetectable to other players and the flight trackers (whilst using the AP+) until you logged back again to the simulator (hence the direct straight line).
I had a small glimmer of hope after I cleared the cache and started a flight from CYVR to EGLL. I could see my flight on Infinite Info showing a flight time of 47min which was correct. I started AP+ at 20min.
I went to look again and I couldn’t find my flight. I went back into my flight and unfortunately still said 20min flight time 
Fuel used and flight time gives incorrect readings over the period of time and also autopilot + is not updating correctly, is it the issue with the flightplan from simbrief.com or something else . After a while of flying in autopilot + , I opened the game .. flight got cancelled returned to home interface of the game .
Is this why there is only 1500 people in expert than 2100?
I did 2 flight over the past 2 days one from JFK-OLB and one from ATL-CPH. The next morning I went to finish my jfk-lob flight and a usually 7 hour flight took only 23 minutes according to IF and during the Playback it had the whole part when it flew over the ocean but it would skip that part and not count the flight time. Same story from ATL-CPH
Unfortunately, I have the same problem. The CAN-CAI flight,which is I’m doing with Ap+,only shows a flight duration of 1 hour. Contrary to what some people are saying, this is not related to Simbrief.
Yeah and most flight trackers aren’t even showing the AP+ flights.
i have also experienced this too in the past 2 days to now all of my flights are saying 1hrs only or 50min but it should have said 10hrs of flight time or 14hrs hope this bug get fixed
Seem to be having the same issue. Twice flown over 8 hours from KVAD - EVGA , it is definitely not registered the time input of each flight . When away on Auto+ and return it says 032 mins of flight when actually been in the air for several hours .. definitely needs looking into ..
