I was flying CYVR - MMUN and had used AP+ but when I resumed it over Mexico it still said I had only 17 minutes flight time despite my flight being active for at least 2 hours up until that point.
I didn’t think to screenshot it at the time and figured I’d screenshot before and after on my flight to Toronto that I planned to do after but it seems to have been one of those rare 1 in X chance occurances.
As an update: When I resumed to land in Toronto my flight time at the bottom was saying 6 hours but once I landed it seems to have fixed itself and now says 9 hours.
It’s happened again, I’m half way through the flight but the flight time at the bottom says 15 minutes flight time, when I resume the AP+ though it shows the actual flight time.
Looks like it’s not that AP+ isn’t counting Flight Time but just a bug in the UI not showing the actual Flight Time after resuming AP+.
Hi, before creating a new topic it’s always good to check if a similar one already exists, as related discussions are usually shown at the bottom. There has already been a report about AP+ and flight hours not counting. From what’s been shared, it seems the hours are still being recorded, but there may be a small UI bug causing it to display incorrectly.
