Anyone successful getting port 10100 opened with TMobile?

I’m having the same issue as many other TMobile users - not being able to connect to Live via the cellular service.

I called TMobile and explained the situation and requested port 10100 be opened but they said they could not do it and suggested using WiFi.

If anyone was successful, please let me know what you did. I spoke with a tech then got in contact with his supervisor who said he’s heard of this before but had no solution other than using WiFi.

Unfortunately this is a known issue with T-Mobile. You could try contacting them again and maybe get a different tech. Try to be persuasive as to why you need that port open ;)
