Okay, so who’s the absolute crusader who’s left three Boeing 747 jets laying around in Kuala Lumpur International Airport?

Malaysian authorities took out an ad in a newspaper to trace the owner of three 747-200F aircraft.

It read: ‘If you fail to collect the aircraft within 14 days of the date of this notice, we reserve the right to sell or otherwise dispose of the aircraft.’

The owners are international and not Malaysian, continued the advert.

Zainol Mohd Isa, general manager of Malaysia Airports, said: ‘I don’t know why they are not responding. There could be many reasons. Sometimes it could be because they have no money to continue operations.’

The planes were left at the airport more than a year ago, but aviation authorities only have records of their arrivals and nothing more.

Yea sorry about that, kinda left them there because I heard about McDonalds 10 piece Chicken McNuggets were only for a $1.99 and had to grab some Mcnuggets… One I sold for a sack of potatoes… I have to say best Idaho potatoes I have ever had… Along with a great price of 1 penny

going on the hours left on the airframes of an old 747-200 BCF a Happy meal is about all they are worth…am guessing that the owners went bust when airfreight rates dropped last year hence when the owners haven’t come forward yet!

I tried to use my plane key to find my plane in the apron but I gave up and called an air taxi

I would buy all three and make them an Airport Hotel, as TSV doesn’t have an Airport Hotel. It an be like the Jumbo Hostel.

I can have 10 rooms, all sharing 5 bathrooms (with Toilet and Shower) located in the back on the main deck, and a Master Suite above in the cockpit, complete with Ensuite. And in the cargo bay, 5 More Toilets and showers with complete with restaurant, and entertainment areas.

In total, if this were to go through we would have 33 Bedrooms, 33 Bathrooms, 3 Restauraunts and 3 entertaining rooms. I would be so rich, after because who wouldn’t want to sleep on a 747?

I know all of this, because my family has a history of property development, and making old properties modern.

1 they are ex-Air Atlanta Icelandic aircraft

  1. There is no hope for these. Storing planes in humid places will leave them corroded. Costs of repairing likely shot and inefficient frames is high and thus not economical.

2 were from Malaysia Cargo, and 1 was from Saudi Arabian Cargo.

Search the registrations on Google Images.

An aviation website is more reliable than photos on the internet. The owner is Air Atlanta Icleandic, even though those planes may have/had different colors on.
