I want to make a va but I am wondering if there is any unclaimed ones?

Maybe wait until TS2 before you make one

Wait till you’re TL2 before that. By the time you get there things might have changed,

And how would I know that I turned TL2?

Look up the levels on the forums. But this is not the thread for that. Just search it up.

You’re still TL0, you have to wait until you are TL2 to make one. And check that list above for free VA’s.
