Any pilots interested in patterns at WSSS, PG?

Ok I faced the fact I only scored 36% for the IFATC test but I watched all the tutorials and now the knowledge has sunk in deep into my brain so I hope I can practise my sequencing skills before I take the test again on 20160422 (nice date eh? RWY 04/22 ;) )

Ok back on topic, I’ll be at WSSS on PG as usual so if you want to come, I’ll post a thread for the event if there will be 5 or more people attending ^^

Maybe you should change the airport. Go to a busier one. London has quite a lot of flights daily. The knowledge should be glued permanently into your brain.

It’s not about how busy the airport is trust me. With that much traffic he won’t be able to handle proper pattern work. Start small and work your way up

Yes sir I have decided to venture out to EGLL next since the poll results are out

WSSS sadly isn´t used too much. London has 50 less flights when compared to SoCal, so I´d say is of medium difficulty.

Actually WSSS is the 2nd or 3rd busiest from what I observed

Or try the Caribbean, you´ll see more flights there, and you´ll be able to control fine.[quote=“NatIsrael972, post:7, topic:31349, full:true”]

Wasn´t a witness of that yet.

Last I checked SoCal is busiest with 60 to 80 pilots while Singapore had around 10 while the rest had only one digit

London comes 3rd. You´ll spend a good time at EGLL. Or try EGLC (make an event for that: “Steep Approach challenge”), and watch those steep approaches.

Like @Benny87654321 said, I’ll start small, from my home airport then onto EGLC or EGLL.

Just tell me if you control EGLC and I´ll go with an A318 :D

Yes sir I will! So you’re interested I see?

Trust me, when venturing out to KSAN and etc. pattern work is a nightmare. If you want to become better at something, you don’t start from the advanced side, you start from the basics

Not that I am even trying to show off. WSSS may seem complicated to some but since I live here, I know my airport ;)

Ok sure so I have 3 but I still need 2 more before I can open an event…

I gotta go to sleep now so just start now and tomorrow you’ll have a lot more people since most of them are probably asleep now

I can’t start now… I do need 5 or more people to get things rolling haha
