Hello! I’m not Italian, BUT you are open to join Virtual Airlines coming from Italy; there’s an ITA Virtual Airways present which is approved by the IFVARB. I assume that most of their community is Italian considering people tend to choose to join their home virtual airline. Not sure if there are any other ones though.
