Looking for a good Virtual Airline who fly regulars in, through, on, and around mountains. Any recommendations?

Depends on what you are looking for. DLVA (Delta Virtual) offers an array of different hubs - and many mountainous routes and areas!
KSLC (Salt Lake City), has a beautiful, mountainous area.
Check out DLVA for yourself!
