I want some long haul flights to do whilst im stuck being imprisoned in school. But I cant think of any good scenic, fun routes. Can you please comment some good flights.

Try Auckland to Perth decent 7-10 hour flight over Aussie outback.

Try Melbourne to HongKong, you fly over the red outback of Australia and the views are insane. On approach into HongKong it’s quite scenic with various islands scattered around the coast.

If your lucky, EGLL - KLAX can be about 10 Hours and 17 minutes.

Newark to Tel Aviv could be interesting I’ve heard. It appears it takes you over some interesting terrain coming in.

Here are some I Did! There all 8.5 Hours To 11 Hour

Dubai - Narita- Emirates 777-200 - 8.55 Hours
Sydney - Honolulu - FedEx MD-11 - 9.12 Hours
Amsterdam - St. Martin - 788 KLM - 9.01 Hours
Los Angeles - London - A380 BA - 9.35 Hours

IAH-LHR, FRA, CDG, AMS, GIG, EZE, GRU, SCL

Very fun flights indeed. United operates all of these except the IAH-CDG which is operated by Air France. Here’s a list of the routes and operators.

CYVR-RJAA is a nice route to fly in my opinion. With scenic views above West Coast (U.S and Canada) and Japan. Or you can try flying from VTBS-OTHH with scenic views above Thailand, Myanmar, India, UAE, and Qatar 😉

That is literally how I feel.

Anyway, I’d say that London - somewhere around the Bay Of Bengal is about 9 hours
