Those who are saying EGLL - EHAM or EGLL - EDDF, don’t do them because those are extremely generic routes that are very boring.
I’d recommend doing any domestic flight in Spain as the flights there are short but very scenic!
But one of my favourites I did though was probably Tuzla to Friedrichshafen (LQTZ - EDNY)
Now that Bosnian airports got updated this month it’s a great opportunity to fly there as the scenery in Bosnia is also stunning!

My fav is Madrid to Lviv (Ukraine) so I can see most of west to east Europe by passing by the alps and others
I like routes from France:
LFBD - EBBR: Brussels A319.
LFPG - LFBD: Air France A320, A319.
LFRS - LGAV: Aegean A320.
LEBL - LFBD: Vueling A320
and much more!

My typical route is EGCC - LIMC, you get amazing views of Switzerland and the Alps. Otherwise try EGCC/EGLC - LGSK (in a BA Embraer!😉)

Gatwick to Arrecife (LGW-ACE) will always hold a special place in my heart, so I’d have to go with that.
Ideally flown with the Tui 757, but as we don’t have one of those that is flyable in Infinite Flight the Tui 737 will do!
