Any experienced Center controller?

I was wondering if there was any experienced IFATC Center controllers that can help me better understand how to communicate and sequence properly.

I’ve learned the basics, (I think) but I’m not so sure I’m doing it correctly.

If you can help, that would be smashing.

Center is the hardest to get a handle on. Most IFATC’s don’t really understand it. If you have specific questions feel free to PM me.

@Hayden_Hutchens I see him control centre a lot.

Well,I’m not a Center expert but what i know is that this frequency is used by plane in transit over a airspace, depending on the country’s or zone, work for planes above FL180-240. After takeoff you switch to DEPARTURE(if open) then DEPARTURE when you reach the altitude will tell you to contact CENTER untill you get in APPROACH frequency.
anyway @Brandon_Sandstrom and @Hayden_Hutchens are more precise than me.

This link may help give you some good context as to what the original irl purpose of center is and may help you to understand the functions better when a member of the the IFATC team tells you. I mean this is a sim.

It helps me :)

Wow! Anchorage has a lot of air space to control Mainly oceanic(pacific crossings)

That’s advanced ATC recruitment, I don’t see how that’ll help someone be better at Center…

It helps you to become a better ATC. Including all what you want

This helps a great deal
