DC-10: Alpha 1
F-16: Bravo-2
F-14: Tango-3
F-18- Hotel-4
F-22: Romeo-5

Different airplanes= different cal signs, however I believe if it is part of the same squadron they would use the first part the same just change the number

Exactly!

Alpha 1-1
Alpha 1-2
Alpha 1-3
(…)
Would be for the same aircraft.

If you fleet is diverse and military, each aircraft might come from a different wing / squadron so core callsign will be different.

So like for example?
Alpha 10
Alpha 14
Alpha 16
Alpha 18
Alpha 22

Yeah, but if you are in a protection formation flight the protected would have a different calsign
