And soon more next Sunday (25/06) a giant has landing scheduled at the airport of Garulhos (SP). “Little brother” of the Antonov AN-225 Mriya, the largest airplane in the world, the Antonov AN-124 Ruslan will land at the international airport of São Paulo. The operation is already on the ANAC website.
The aircraft operated by the Russian company Volga Dnepr will leave Ulyanovsk, Russia, and make a stop at Sal Island before arriving in Brazil. The landing in Garulhos, according to the schedule of the airport, is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. The takeoff will be the next day at 2:00 p.m., and the plane will continue towards New Orleans, in the United States.
The AN-124 goes to Brazil to pick up a cargo and deliver it to the United States. For the time it will remain in the ground, it is speculated to be a large cargo, similar to what AN-225 embarked on in 2016 - the aircraft carried a 155-ton transformer between Garulhos and Santiago, Chile.
So, what do you think? It will be a great spectacle for the people who will be able to see the landing of this gingant. Oh, not forgetting the takeoff, too.

We only need one person to say it, maybe if you all weren’t staring at the computer screen waiting for someone to do something wrong, we wouldn’t have 5 people in a row saying the same thing. It’s this type of mobbing behavior that discourages people from using this forum and because of that from now on I will be flagging the annoying redundancies.
