Am I allowed to start looking for staff to help me with my VA before I decide to apply for the airline?
Yes, you are!
The only restraint is that you can’t make public posts on the IFC advertising for staff yet. You can do this in a specific thread only once you enter the review process yet.
The best way to find staff before apply for approval is asking friends if they’re interested! Maybe there’s people in VAs you’re a part of that might want to work with you.
Make sure to ask politely and don’t spam many people asking them! It also helps to be clear in describing what each staff position’s responsibilities will be, if you’ve worked that out yet.

Alright, thank you! I am so close to applying, everything is ready but I am just waiting to get TL2. I cannot wait to apply and go through with this airline. Thank you for all the help!
