So I just switched over from an android to iPhone and downloaded IF on my new device. I bought the subscription through google play and when I went to sign in with the same email on my IOS it said there was no subscription. The subscription is still active as I can see when I go onto google play on safari. Do I need to buy another subscription and cancel the other one or am I missing something?
As there’s no way for the app or your iOS device to know what e-mail you used on your Android device, your account needs to be connected to your Community profile to be able to access it from your iOS device.
This can be done from the app on your Android device under Settings → Account in the app. You’ll find a “Connect” button there which will ask you to sign into your Community profile.
