Unfortunately a fellow AvGeek by the name on Andrew McMorris passed away this past Sunday in a tragic accident. While I did not know him, I think it is fitting to organize an event in his honor. His favorite airline was American Airlines, and he resided in Long Island, NY.

1 minor thing - He did not live in NYC. He lived on Long Island, which is close to New York City.

The outpouring of support on social media is massive. I’m sure he is in a much better place now and smiling down on us. Fly high!
