Based on this post on instagram by IF the next update should feature PANC.

That post doesn’t specify anything about PANC becoming 3D in the next update

It doesn’t mean anything. The airports being completed is still at the “mercy” of the editors, and how much time they dedicate to editing.
It’s being worked on slowly. It probably won’t come in the next update, but hopefully the one after. The editors doing it are taking their time to make it as accurate as they can.
