A week ago I recreated KLM’s 747’s last commercial flight from Mexico to Amsterdam and today I find myself doing a Qantas B744 tribute flight from Amsterdam to Sydney. I had doubts if the B747 would make it all the way without running out of fuel but then again with the experience I have in testing the limits of aircrafts, it was a piece of cake! I landed with 2 more hours of fuel to spare although I did have to fly with no cargo and passengers.
