American Airlines runs out of meat for Cheeseburgers, and removes them off their menu.

Some sad news, American Airlines has officially run out of beef patties for cheeseburgers and has decided to remove the beloved item from their in-flight menu, permanently. Its replacement is an Italian Ribbon Ragu pasta with salad. Sad that you can no longer eat an American icon on AA. Good news though, you can still get the burger at their flagship lounge at JFK, so that’s a good excuse for visiting New York.
This is part of American’s new menu changes, which the full new menu should be released in a few months.
The source is above.

Are you sad that AA has removed the cheeseburger from the Domestic First-Class menu?

So in other words, they changed their menu. They didn’t run out of a single thing.

This must only be offered on flights greater than X amount of hours or miles because I’ve flown domestic first class on AA all the time but haven’t seen it

Is there any status with American you have to have to get into the lounge?

As long as you’re flying qualifying business or first class, have AAdvantage Platinum, Platinum Pro or Executive Platinum, are a ConciergeKey or have oneworld emerald or sapphire status, you can enter the lounge.
