how?! I’ve tried flights like that and ran out of fuel

Well, you got it there. Because I tried the game wide-body to pick up and nonstop both CYHZ/YHZ and KBOS/BOS haul the final destination to NTAA/PPT the flight headwind before the Pacific Ocean. The fuel speed is 0.80 Mach. The highest 30,000 ft level. Or some KEWR/EWR.
