What is this? A flight that’s not a widebody? Someone call the New York Times! In all seriousness, I haven’t been giving short-haul flights as much love as I should as of late, and I wanted to do one with a relatively-overlooked aircraft, the A320-200 of American Airlines. Mostly operating from former U.S. Airways hubs like Phoenix, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, and Washington D.C., the A320s are neither as common at smaller airports as the A319s nor are they transcontinental workhorses like the A321s, making them somewhat uncommon sights outside of a select number of airports.
