Firstly, I would like to apologize for the messed up runway assignment issues. I accidentally taxied to 1L instead of 1R.

The first ground experience was flawless, you handled it perfectly. The same thing for the takeoff clearance, you assigned me left traffic which is smart considering I was at 1L.

You definitely should have cleared me earlier, usually done once I turn downwind. You cleared me as I was turning base. This would have worked, I accepted it. Then you decided to once again, clear me, but also tell me to make left traffic. This was unnecessary and is not the correct thing to do here. You do not need to give me a pattern direction unless I am

  1. Doing my first touch and go pattern
  2. I am changing runways
  3. You are giving me a different pattern direction

Once again, on my second pattern, you cleared me for the option and left traffic.

Then, I requested a change to runway 1R and you told me to enter straight in for runway 1R, and you cleared me for the option without a pattern direction, this is unnecessary, also, you should have told me to enter left downwind runway 1R, then cleared for the option runway 1R make left/right traffic.

Then when I started to turn base you told me to turn base, that was not needed and not correct, you shouldn’t have done anything, you also then, cleared me for the option again.

After that, I touched down and you told me to exit runway when I was at 97 knots ground speed. If I was full stop you should send this at 60 knots to allow the aircraft to slow down.

After that you told me to “say intentions” and I did, you did this right.

Next, you forgot to sequece @DaniCP, this is extremely important. You then sequenced me behind him which I understand but you still never sequenced him.

Once I said I was full stop, you cleared me for the option, again and gave me another pattern direction.

Once I was on a 1/2 mile final, @DaniCP was ON THE RUNWAY and you, instead of issuing me a go-around, you told him to expedite.

What happened next was an error on my part due to wifi.

Overall:
Lots to work on, needs more time and practise.

Yup… you must send “go around” to @samdog27. I’m sitting on runway on purpose.

No need say “right traffic” in every clearance. Only “cleared for the option” would be right.

I saw him not moving as you were on short final and I thought he had enough smarts to move off the RW (no offense) I thought that he would move sry I can do better Than that

If you are not currently open at an airport, you must state that you are not open at said airport. Regardless if you are coming back or not.

Point is,
@DaniCP knows exactly what he was doing, we were waiting to see if you sent a go around, this is a very important part of IFATC. Knowing and anticipating, I will issue a go around if someone is on the runway when the person on final is 1 mile away, no matter if he is turning.

I understand I’m working to be TSATC not IfATC because ts needs some more realism for those people who actually try and be realistic

Ok, I would recommend aiming for IFATC as, in my opinion, is better.

Hi. I was N669XP. Nice work.

A couple points I noticed, may not be all. I’ll just be covering your radio contacts with me.

Great on taxi and hold short instructions.

On take off clearance you forgot to tell me which way to do patterns. So I just took off like a normal take off when departing straight out.

When I called inbound, first you should issue a pattern entry instruction. My Inbound call could be avoided on my part if you just told me which way to do the patterns.

Sequencing was ok. But then clearance to land you told me number 3 when Dani had already landed(should have been number 2)

After I turned final. I reported my position to let you know that I was going to do a full stop.

Good exit runway instructions.
