Hi IFC! @AviancaVirtual (AVVA) organized an internal group flight in New Zealand, from Queenstown (NZQN) to Auckland (NZAA) for yesterday in the stunningly beautiful Air New Zealand A320. I was not prepared. It was one of only two flights I’ve done in NZ and I was blown away by the scenery on this particular route. I didn’t know New Zealand was hiding a treasure of mountains, lakes, volcanoes, and more to create a very dramatic backdrop from 30,000 feet. Also it goes without saying to those familiar that Queenstown Airport is absolutely fantastic in every regard, from the short takeoff to the incredible mountains surrounding it and the twisty departure out as you navigate through valleys. Definitely will be returning to fly in NZ and to Queenstown soon!
