Good Morning/Afternoon everyone!
I am still having trouble understanding the East and West altitudes. I have been told That going Eastbound is your at an Evan Number FL . Ex. FL340, and going Westbound is the Odd ex. FL330.
Please some explain this

I think you have them just a tad mixed up. When you’re heading east (heading 360-179), you want to be at an odd cruising altitude, and when you’re heading west (180-359), you want to be at an even cruising altitude.
In this picture, the left diagram applies to your scenario. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Additionally, the reason for this is so the minimum separation of 1000 ft can be meet.

Adding on @ZachN’s comment, Rdr controllers have less problems if we understand this thing @SWA1997
