I hope this feature is added to IF on ATC for altitude callouts like say when the tower sees N57TZ wind and climb altitude 3,000 then when you contact departure you say jfk departure N57TZ with you climbing 3,000

This feature is technically in the game already because when you do check in to a radar or center frequently, the altitude is already in the message. The climbing part wouldn’t be necessary because ATC can already see if you are climbing or descending.
I know that but I’m saying that when you switch from center to approach you can let them know what alternate the center assigns a altitude you can let approach know like if you were at 32,000 and center tells you to descend to 20,000 and they tell you to switch to approach you say New York approach callsign with you descending 20,000
