All Nippon Airways, ANA for short and also known as Zennikkū (全日空)is a Japanese airline that is based at Tokyo Narita International Airport (NRT) and Haneda Airport (HND). The airline offers both domestic and international flights and serves destinations from countries across Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania. Overall, the airline flies to more than 120 destinations.

ANA was founded as Nippon Helicopter in 1952, offering helicopter flights only. In 1955, the airline received its first jet airliner (Douglas DC-3) and rebranded as All Nippon Airways in the years following. The airline expanded its domestic route network over the next three decades and launched its first international flights in 1986 with a flight from Tokyo to Guam.

Why do we need this in Infinite Flight?

Asian liveries are often ignored or unaccounted for in the livery creation process, which leads to a lack of diverse liveries to actually fly. The ANA A320 would be amazing to have, especially with the upcoming minor modifications on the A320 family. And you may be asking, why do we need this livery on the A320 if we already have it on the A321? American has the livery on the A320 and A321. British has it on the A318, A319, A320, and the A321. So why shouldn’t ANA? Their A320 serves many routes from ANA’s Tokyo Narita and Haneda hubs. Destinations are listed below.

It’s without the Sharklets, because the -211 variant of the A320 is much older then the -214 one. 👍

Honestly I didn’t either, I thought they only had A320NEOs and A321NEOs… it was a pleasant suprise knowing that we could get this in IF given enough votes are collected

Coincidentally, I’ve flown on this exact aircraft (JA8300) about a decade ago from RJTT-RJFS and saw it at the Maintenance Hangar at Haneda later in 2016. Unfortunately, it has retired, but it would still be a cool addition to the sim!
