first experience trying to non-rev american sucked but i can’t say anything bad since it was free (not) (costed 35$ to nonrev standby?) (so then it’s technically not nonrev) (american?) anyway i was able to bail @Brody_Swiatek and myself out of there on an extra guest pass on swa.
aLbuquerque couldn’t figure out how to use the same operations all day. every time an aircraft landed or took off it was a different runway which made spotting difficult but we made the most of the day

took off right as we got to the spotting location and only was able to snap this by the time i got my camera out

ID90. This goes for all airlines in the ID90 agreement. I can non rev on Southwest but it costs a small fee.

These are amazing, what locations did you get these photos at. I’ve spotted at ABQ many times as my grandparents live there but I can never find a good location

When I was there last week, ABQ had the same approach all day long, but it was a different runway every hour.

not all all lmao. movements are very slow but the locations to spot are very good. it’s just that there was no consistency with runway usage.
i was only outside of the airport for about 40 minutes because it was very warm and there was no wind which made it worse

this giant dirt lot next to the eclipse aviation hangars is where we went. good for i guess 26 departures and 08 landings

yeah they were landing 26, 21 and 08 all day but it was never consistent. they also departed from all of those runways also not being consistent so idk man

I kinda feel that it’s harder to be part of ATC at ABQ than at a bigger airport like DEN.
