Due to 30 kt winds, we were forced to land on runway 19 which requires a steep descent about 3 miles from the airport, also runway 19 is only 5000 ft long

Las t time i was in alsaka probably a couple weeks ago, it was very turbulent too. cool photos though

It was because of the steep approach, but I stopped with plenty of room

It did but I had a 30 kt headwind and was flying at 125 kts
