Akasa air 737 MAX 8-200

  • Akasa Air operates a total of 2 MAX 8-200 and is going to receive more of these beauties
  • These aircraft will fly very busy international routes.

Why vote for this?

  • Akasa will now take only MAX 8-200 deliveries until the MAX-10 gets certified.
  • This is also the first delivery of the MAX 8-200 in the Asia-Pacific region!!

(For the people how don’t know what is B737 8-200)

The MAX 8-200 sits well with Akasa’s low-cost business model. A specially-configured high-density variant of the 737 MAX 8, the type is already in use with Ryanair.

It can seat several more passengers than a traditional MAX 8. For instance, Max 200s can accommodate 197 passengers as opposed to around 175 on a regular MAX 8. With 20% better fuel efficiency per seat compared to many of its rivals, the 200 provides a 5% reduction in operating compared to the MAX 8.

737 series feature

Not a bad topic, but I don’t think it’s necessary because they’re going to add the -200 liveries as regular 737 MAX 8 liveries

Nope, the extra door will be painted on. But still would be nice to get the normal one

Tbh, since there is a feature request for the Max 8 version of this already that has 44 votes and counting, do we really need a 2nd one that just has the extra door painted on?
