Hello, I’m flying at 30 or 35 or 35,000 feet in any plane. Before, it correctly indicated the knots, but now it shows the airspeed the same as the engine speed. I’m not sure if I accidentally changed a setting or if there was an update, but I think it’s not displaying the knots correctly.
Could you please share a screenshot or video of this happening? Additionally, could you please let us know your device brand, model, and operating system?
I’m sorry, but I fail to see the issue here. All of the highlighted items are displayed as intended. Do you recall what used to be different on your previous device?
Note that, when freshly installing the app (on a new device, for example, or if you reinstall the app on the same device), the items displayed on your status bar may be different from the ones you had selected on your old device/previous installation of IF. You can change these by tapping and holding on the item you’d like to change, drag your finger to select another item, and releasing to make the status bar display the desired information.
Ah, so on the previous device, when I was flying over approximately 25,000, the “AIRSPEED” increased depending on the plane up to 450-500 knots… depending on the plane… I previously had a Samsung Galaxy S23 ULTRA, so… maybe the error was on my previous device? The flight speed doesn’t fit me at all.
You wouldn’t be flying at 450-500kts IAS in anything other than a fighter jet (e.g. F18), and Infinite Flight currently doesn’t offer a TAS (True Air Speed) indicator on the Status Bar. GS (Ground Speed) is the next closest thing - you can actually see it being displayed on your screenshot here, between the airspeed strip and the map on the left hand side.
