airnav.com provides all SID, STAR, and airport diagrams. It’s a helpful tool!
It really depends on what country you are planning to fly in. In Australia, we have https://www.airservicesaustralia.com/ but most countries have their own website where you can find charts, you just have to look!
airnav.com is only for the US.
I would recommend ChartFox.com - it does require you to make an account on VatSim but that only takes a few minutes. After that you get free access to charts for pretty much any airport you can think of anywhere in the world - including airport charts, SIDS and STARs.
I mainly use vau.aero. covers most airports.
