Same here… sometimes I wish they would get off Clash Royale and have a proper conversation about planes for a hour or so! Even if I somehow pry them off their phones all they talk about is alien to me…

It’s getting better now though, one guy managed to identify a 777 just from a Google Maps top down view today! Although when I challenged him on which one it was (-200, -300) he just stared at me like I was going crazy!

There is one other guy in my class who does play IF, but doesn’t have Live+ so he keeps using my account during breaks to get his IF fix. Been trying to convince him to get it but looks like I’ve hit a dead end as he doesn’t want to pay the lump sum of around SGD $70 (conveniently ignoring the fact that he spends much more a year on other game-related items, but that’s a topic for another thread)

And if I try and look around for other games, I run into the same problem!

Totally relatable, in my school I am one of the only ones who socialise and talk. I wish they would more specifically talk about planes, it just makes school more fun when your friends have the same passion as you. This is why this community is amazing, not only you discuss topics that you like but also you talk about flight which is really cool.
