You’re assuming this update would be in the current day Infinite Flight rather than future Infinite Flight. A 100+ liveries on GSE isn’t anything different than the 1000+ on aircraft. Your device is already having to render those aircraft plus 3D airports and the 1000s of objects on them.

We already have trailers with FedEx and ups liveries, I don’t see why this isn’t possible. Of course a system should be made in IF on how the right catering and other GSE will get to the right livery. Nice idea though.

Here’s another small bump for this. I know people don’t view this feature very well with the concern that it will add too much to the GSE system and will decrease memory faster on devices, but with the direction the Infinite Flight team has been going for the last couple years makes me believe this is more than possible, but not right now.
Every large feature request takes time to reach enough attention to be considered by the developers. I believe that by the time this feature request reaches that point, Infinite Flight will be much more than it is now. Not only with Infinite Flight be even better, devices are likely to be improved by that time with new software updates.
I would love to see support for this feature as I know many people would like to have this. Adding a new element of liveries to Infinite Flight through GSE would be a very cool feature to have, especially with how far GSE has come since it was first introduced.
I would love to see this at some point in IF!
Here’s another push for this feature! I know people would absolutely love to have gse match their aircraft livery!

This is actually a great idea, and I’m sad that it doesn’t have any votes. I’m also incredibly sad that I am out of votes, as I would love to support this. I’ll throw it on to the pile of things to vote for once I free one up.

well it would complicate things a lot. I can’t imagine an American tug at Beijing or smth
It could be exclusive to specific airports. For example, DFW could have AA GSE for American aircraft while other airports would just have the generic GSE

The main issue about this idea, is the amount of storage it would take up. IF, for some people with most liveries downloaded takes up around 20 GB of storage.
New liveries are being added every update. A couple for GSE won’t hurt
