I’ve never met a single person who would chose f9 over dl on this but ill take it. will keep dl cheap
this route is much cooler IMO
Interesting route. For that and Houston-Tampa however, it’s more than likely that they will be scheduled in some very late hour.
oh yeah 100%, im happy with it tho cause I’ve always wanted to go to tampa lol. idk why tho. its def gonna do well now cause its snowing and ppl wanna go to Florida, especially during spring break
Not an entirely new route, but after a 5 year hiatus, New York/LGA (@Delta174J summon) will again see service with Delta Connection to Lexington, Kentucky.
American Eagle is set to launch Appleton, Wisconsin to Phoenix on its E175s. The block time is 4 hours, making it one of American Eagle’s longest.

American Eagle will also be serving Bismarck and Boise from Chicago/ORD next Summer.
Porter will launch service from Ottawa to Tampa and Fort Myers, using their E2s.
Delta Connection will serve Austin to Jacksonville, Florida next year.

Eurowings is set to connect Newcastle and Berlin starting next year.
The Ottawa to Tampa route is a must for me! I don’t know if I’ll be able to fly it in real life but I’m happy to see that they’re adding the service!
Awesome! I missed that one.
Nice to have an old route back from LGA
Just checked out the American Airlines one and it sucks to see DCA → FLL and HPN → MIA get cut, hopefully JetBlue can fill in the void for the latter
Hell yes! I have friends there and we both have neighboring vacation houses in Sarasota. They alwyas have to do the long drive to Peoria to fly to srq through punta gorda. Great news! I’ll tell them now lol
Etihad Airways just announced their 5th U.S destination… Atlanta, Georgia!
Service starts on July 2nd, 2025, and will operate on Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sun on the A350-1000

Ooo that’s an interesting one
EVA Air has announced Taipei to Dallas!
Dallas is starting to become the next LAX.
That’s cute, but no
They are getting a fair amount of new carriers in the next year 🤷
I mean, DFW is already busier then LAX.
That’s is very odd, now that Qatar Airways and Turkish Airlines fly there and Etihad flying there in the future could we see Emirates coming to ATL? I never knew there was a market for ATL - Middle East routes.
On another note I would like to see Delta coming back to India and opening new routes to the Middle East as UA and AA fly there so why not get the USA’s best airline to fly there. I’m sure they can get their A350’s to fly there and make more use of them.
Another personal opinion is to get UA back to Manchester and operate a MAN - ORD route. I’m sure it’ll get some attention during the summer seasons not only as a destination but also a connecting hub. It’ll pose competition against VS and their flights to JFK and ATL which are DL hubs. Any UA representatives in the forum feel free to send my request through to the big people. I don’t think AA would be bothered to re open their MAN routes but if UA are opening flights to Madeira, Ultaanbaatar, Ponta Delgada to name a few then surely Manchester won’t be so bad.
could we see Emirates coming to ATL
I would not be surprised in the slightest if Emirates came to Atlanta by decades end.
I never knew there was a market for ATL - Middle East routes.
It’s the busiest airport in the world, so there’s a lot of connecting traffic.
