Established January 2017, Air France-KLM Virtual Group (AFKLMVA) is among the elite virtual airlines operating inside the Infinite Flight mobile flight simulator community. In addition to legacy carriers Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, low-cost subsidiaries HOP! and Transavia are part of the AFKLM Virtual portfolio. Cargo service is provided by Air France Cargo and Martinair.
Air France-KLM Virtual Group is home to an eclectic group of dedicated pilots and staff that hail from all over the globe. We represent a variety of age ranges, religions, genders, and languages, yet we are united through a mutual love of flight and the relentless pursuit of knowledge.
Based at our main airports of Paris and Amsterdam, the AirFrance-KLM group is one of the largest in the world.
No VA runs smooth without staff. We happen to have the best staff members around the community. Always available for support and always improving all that we have for our pilots.

Designed for mature aviation enthusiasts, we offer three distinct flight modes and eight hubs across France and the Netherlands to ensure that your virtual airline career delivers a healthy dose of realism, variety, and fun.
Before pilots can start flying, they must complete a two-tiered Certification Flight process before being cleared for flight. Our goal is to ensure that every pilot who bears the “AFKLM VA” callsign does so professionally, creating a better experience for you and all those around you.

Available to pilots Rank 8 and above, AirFrance-KLM Virtual Group Career Mode is the most realistic commercial airline pilot career simulation on Infinite Flight. Pilots will select to fly for either Air France, KLM, HOP or Transavia and will choose an AirFrance-KLM Virtual Group hub airport to serve as their primary base of operations. On the Sunday of every week, we post a new routes of the week. These routes features the world across the SkyTeam route network. We features three different flight time range, short, medium & long haul. Pilots can start flying these routes as of Rank 3. Want to know more, click here!
At AFKLM, we have a so called Tower Program. Those smart ATC guys who make sure the skies are always safe to fly, host our own internal events. This makes our events so much more fun, that we want to give them some extra honor too! We introduced Blue/Bronze/Silver/Golden/Platinum Towers.
We also have this program for the pilots which is called the Wings Program, with the Blue/Bronze/Silver/Golden/Platinum Wings for those who flew many, many hours for our VA.
With all those Tower and Wings, our members unlock special features, from choosing special emojis up to an amazon gift card!

Similar to real world operations, operations are focused around our primary hub at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris, featuring a mixed fleet of Airbus, Boeing and Embraer aircrafts. Air France is a major player in the aviation sector. As of the summer of 2022, the company now flies to nearly 200 destinations worldwide. We are committed to providing its customers with the best possible service and taking elegance to new heights.
HOP! is the regional airline subsidiary for Air France. Similar to the real world airline, Air France Virtual Group’s HOP! operates the majority of its regional domestic and European scheduled services to leisure destinations utilizing a fleet of regional aircraft.
KLM Royal Dutch Virtual Airlines is our flag carrier airline of the Netherlands and is also considered a legacy VA within the IF. On each of its flights, KLM Dutch Airlines offers innovative products that highlight the best that the Netherlands has to offer.
Similar to the real world airline, we operate out of our hub at Amsterdam-Schiphol Airport and offer scheduled passenger services to more than 200 destinations across the globe.
Transavia Virtual the low-cost airline of the Air France-KLM Group – offers regular medium-haul and charter flights from France and the Netherlands. Departing from Paris Orly, Nantes, Lyon, Montpellier, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, and Groningen, the company offers passengers a choice of over 100 destinations throughout France, Europe, and the Mediterranean basin, including Biarritz, Barcelona, Lisbon, Madrid, Dublin, Naples, and Budapest.
Air France-KLM and Martinair Cargo are the specialized air cargo business of the Air France KLM Group and AFKLM VA. Similar to real world operations, we offer a worldwide network of over 450 destinations from our two hubs, Paris Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
That’s what makes us a special VA too, you don’t need to be part of an Cargo VA, we have it all!
We also have a broad historic fleet that we hold dear because it represents our history, where the Airfrance-KLM Virtual group came from and what kind of aircraft we had back then and some of them not so long ago.

Air France-KLM Virtual Group is a co-founding member of the SkyTeamIF Alliance which has many member virtual airlines and more than 20 real world member airlines, offering customers access to a global network of over over 16.600 daily flights to more than 1.070 destinations in 177 countries.
Via this broad network we feature our SkyTeam Routes of the Week program. These special routes coincide with IFATC controlling schedules and offer pilots a flight time bonus.
At AirFrance-KLM Virtual Group we use Discord as a communication platform for everything internal to our VA. We do not have a website-build crew center, as we handle all operatons from within Discord, thanks to our bot developed by our IT Manager. It allows us to do the PIREPs but also many other things and all is connected automatically to Airtable, where we keep all our numbers safe and sound! We like admin to be as easy as possbile, as we are here to fly!
