Other players aircraft as of 22.5 will not show up anymore. I do not know if this is a known issue or just something wrong with my phone. I am using an iPhone 12 Mini.

Are you currently playing on WiFi or Cellular Data? Try checking that box saying “Auto Airplane Downloads Over Cullular Data.”
I’m not sure if that would fix the issue but it seems like it could.

I am currently on cellular. I haven’t been able to play the game on Wi-Fi in the past month (lol) as I have been out of town. I am head today so I will test it out on Wi-Fi. Thanks for the input👍

Seems like it could be the issue then since checking that box does exactly what the description says and allows you to download other aircraft visible to you while using Cellular Data. Having it unchecked would only allow that to happen if you were connected to a WiFi network.
