Aircraft taking off on the wrong runway in my direction

So im conflicted on whether to let this go or report because it kind of ruined my flight.
So I am doing an approach into Raf Brize norton on the expert server , I’ve radioed that I am inbound and as I turn final an aircraft appears to line up on the runway which i am preparing to land on and its facing me.
So I radio that I’m on final incase he didn’t hear the first radio call and he doesn’t vacate the runway but continues his takeoff roll. Eventually he took off into my direction and rockets up above me. He wasnt close enough to trigger the tcas so he got a few thousand feet above me. At this point im so stunned i just land anyway.

I took some screenshots of it and the persons account if anyone wants to report him or her because i don’t know how to do that.
This should not be happening on the expert server atleast.

Sorry that this happened to you.

There’s not really much point as violations can’t be added to someone’s account after the incident has occured. Either active ATC or a supervisor/moderator/staff member at the airport has to witness it.

It is unfortunate that this sort of thing happens on the Expert Server. Spatial awareness is a common weakness.
