Aircraft rental issue

Just rented the 737 MAX,but i can’t use it, but i just got an email from apple, that the purchase was successful, what now?

Device: iPad Pro with M1
Operating system: iPadOs 18.3.1

Have you tried maybe closing and reopening the app?
Or just restarting your device in general
