I bought a couple of aircraft with a different apple account on one device and after the update, I was unable to restore the in-app purchases that I bought using the other apple account. So I lost access to a couple of aircraft and I am wondering what I should do.

Unfortunately there’s not much you can do as in-app purchases are tied to your Apple-ID. I have in some cases, heard that Apple can be helpful in transferring purchases from one account to the other if there’s a good reason for it. So contacting them might help you in this case.
