Aircraft not moving

Hello all…
I’m trying to taxi out of Dubai with an A380 but the aircraft isn’t moving. Also yesterday my flight ruined by the aircraft suddenly stopped at the runway after landing without pressing brakes, activating parking brake nor setting the autobrake to Max. Below is the video explaining this issue.
I’m using iPad Air 3rd generation with the latest iOS version and setting the graphics to medium with 30 fps.

This issue happend to me once with an A330. I tried to reproduce it in single player mode but the issue wasn’t present.

Hey, can you send a reply using Share My Infinite Flight? Both replays of you landing and trying to taxi.

make sure that you’re pushback tug is not connected to the aircraft. I’ve faced that problem more than once.

Hey there… Thanks for answering. Unfortunately I don’t have the replay but i have attached a video above explaining a part of the problem. The tug was completely detached from the aircraft. I tried to reproduce it again by directly setting the aircraft to be on the runway and unfortunately i got the same problem. I’m using a joystick with Map Connect third party app as a mediator but i checked everything in the (CONTROLS) page in setting and found nothing relevant.

Perhaps the joystick is the problem. I don’t think IF is totally prepared for joysticks, especially on iOS (but don’t quote me on that). I’ve never used a joystick on IF myself, so I don’t know what information (in this case, braking) it displays or hides (I suspect brakes may have been active to a degree, but the information was hidden). In that case, I’d suggest you do the obvious: break some rules and taxi with a throttle high enough to override the breaks, or try disconnecting the joystick.

Thanks for offering a help… I have been using joystick for a long time with IF and it’s performance depends mainly on the quality of the 3rd party app that supports it especially on iOS… This problem is new to me and I haven’t faced it before. Setting the throttle all the way up despite it’s unrealistic but also that didn’t help.

Did you disconnect Pushback Tug? Sometimes we can forget it.

Sure i did

In the video, N1 increases when throttle is applied. If the pushback tug was connected, N1 would remain at minimum despite throttle being set to maximum.
