Aircraft not able to take off

I have been attempting to take off from LAX today with the A330 and then the A350. Both times, the aircraft’s were not able to rotate. I checked my ailerons and rudder and they would not move. I tried to look in settings at the controls and reset everything to default and that did not work either. I attempted to shut the app down and try again, but still the same results. Any suggestions?

Hello!

Did you calibrate your device before takeoff?

If so, attempt to restart your device and see if that works.

No no no. Restart device FIRST.
This is always the last resort.
