Yeah I would have added that but it was after 5 mins so…
Is it allowed to take the other route (in this case from EGNX) in the other aircraft (in this case the A321) ?
The routes shown are the only authorized for the event on the advanced server.
I’m gonna do it on Advanced. Just wondering if I could fly the A320 fromEGNX instead of EGBB, I much prefer EGNX.
This will be my first FNF - Speedbird 197 (A319). I can’t find a time for the event, when will it start?
I really like fly planes, these are my favorite planes, but I am gonna go with the Airbus
I’ll be on A318 - BA001
Me too. Both and probably will try all or as many as I have time for. So glad we can finally do this. We’ve been holding on to this one for quite a while now. :)
but to all pilots and controllers, for the speed, only you have to remind this is the Airspeed and not the Ground Speed, don’t ghost if GS is over 310 kts :)
Can I fly in an A320 from East Midlands?
Hi Paul, starts at 20:30 ZULU or GMT and runs for 14 hours. Check your time zone and match it with this event time. Google if you want to know more. In future, FNF’s are mostly held between 19:30 and 20:30 ZULU. Enjoy the event.
i didnt know it was friday today, thanks exams :). is the event starting yet?
Oxford sure looks cloudy today at FL130.
It took a good bit of time to finally get everyone under control and in the right direction. I told them to just get everyone ‘down the pipe’ until all aircraft are spaced and organized to keep the flow moving. :)
Approach = @JeebakR(sorry for sending that message again)
Tower at destination = @DavidCutler
Thank you…I need to practice crosswind landings when joystick support comes for iOS…used APPR today. (I can do landings under 200 vsp when landing in 1-3 knots of winds)
Call sign: Speedbird 990
BA001 departed at around the same time and arrived at the same time as me
(Deleted my message at previous post)
PS now know BA001 was @CRobert
