Airbus Helicopters H125

I’d love to see the Airbus Helicopters H125 (formerly the Eurocopter AS350 B3) added to the simulator. This helicopter is one of the most versatile and reliable rotorcraft in the world, used for everything from search and rescue (SAR) missions to aerial firefighting and tourism. Whether it’s saving lives or flying tourists over breathtaking landscapes, the H125 excels in almost every environment and would be a perfect addition to Infinite Flight as the first helicopter.

The H125 is known for its impressive performance, especially at high altitudes and in difficult weather conditions. It’s a popular choice for operators around the globe because of its ability to operate in challenging environments, and I think it would be an exciting addition to the game, providing new opportunities for different types of missions and giving players a fresh helicopter experience.

Why add the H125 as the first copter?

The H125 is one of the most capable helicopters in its class. It’s not just about the sleek design — this helicopter can perform in situations where many others can’t. Here’s why it would be awesome for Infinite Flight:

  • Performance at Altitude: The H125 is incredible at high altitudes. Whether flying over mountains or in hot conditions, it handles it all, making it perfect for tough terrain like the Alps or the Rockies.

  • Versatility: It’s used for so many different roles. From police and emergency services to tour companies, this helicopter does it all, making it perfect for a variety of missions in Infinite Flight.

  • User Experience: The H125 is a joy to fly. It’s agile, responsive, and has a pretty easy-to-learn flight dynamic, so it’s good for both new players and experienced pilots.

  • Modern and Sleek Design: Its design is sleek and modern, making it an eye-catching aircraft both in the air and on the ground.

Key Features:

Here’s what I think would make the H125 stand out in Infinite Flight:

1. Realistic Flight Dynamics:

  • The H125 should have realistic flight controls — precise hovering, agile movements, and the ability to perform at high altitudes with full control, just like in real life.
  • It should handle weather like wind, turbulence, and temperature shifts accurately, especially in difficult conditions like high winds or high altitudes.

2. Fully Modeled 3D Cockpit:

  • The cockpit needs to be as detailed as possible, with interactive cyclic, collective, and pedals for a truly immersive experience.
  • Functional flight instruments (like altimeter, GPS, and fuel gauges) should be interactive and fully operational.

3. Authentic Sound Design:

  • The H125 has a distinctive engine sound and rotor swish. I’d love to hear the realistic rotor and engine sounds, plus the noise inside the cockpit — it’s these little details that make the experience more immersive.

4. High-Quality 3D Model:

  • A detailed 3D model with fully functional rotors, landing gear, and tail rotor. The helicopter should look just as good when you’re up in the air as it does on the ground.
  • Realistic animations like rotor blade movement, feathering, and night lighting would add to the realism.

5. Multiple Liveries:

  • The H125 has some of the most photogenic liveries in the helicopter world, so it’d be great to see these in Infinite Flight:

7. Realistic Weather and Terrain Interaction:

  • The H125 would perform well in mountainous and high-altitude environments, and it should handle extreme weather conditions like gusty winds and turbulence, just like in the real world.

Aircraft Specifications:

Here’s a quick look at the technical specs of the H125 that would help bring this helicopter to life in Infinite Flight:

@Humanguy I approve of it and would vote of I didn’t have like 2 votes left

They would never add helicopters to the simulator, this could change in the future though. I support your efforts though, keep going!

I support the idea, but please keep in mind that you can add only 1 picture per request.
