Hey everyone! Recently one of the Airbus branded A380’s, F-WWOW took back to the skies for a test flight from Toulouse. I decided to try my best to recreate that today, flight time was 1 hour and 15 minutes, flying up to an altitude of FL430.
This was completed on the expert server.
Pushing back from the stand at Toulouse
Departing Runway 32L
Wing wave on departure!
Reaching cruise at FL430 after a few tests at lower altitudes
After 10 minutes at FL430, descending back into Toulouse
On final for Runway 32L
Go around as part of the tests
Finally landing on Runway 32L
Parked up back at the stand
Flight route for todays test flight
I hope you enjoyed reading this! Have a great rest of your day!

Do you think it could be a symbol/sign of the A380Neo?

Ooh so this is what you did earlier! What a fun idea, and awesome flight to do!
Also F-WWOW isn’t just any A380, it’s MSN 001!

No, I don’t think it is the sign of the A380neo unfortunately. The tests were carried out after months of preparation, system upgrades and the renewal of its test installations. The test flight it did was to enable the certification of all the latest developments
It was quite fun to do! Yes, it was indeed the first A380 to ever be built!
Amazing photos! Also what is that infinite flight tracking website?

Thank you! It’s an app called Infiniteinfo and apparently it is only available on iOS

Yeah, the A380 has a service ceiling of FL431, so as part of the tests you fly it up to FL430
Very nice! I’ll be doing this sort of thing with the A320neo/A321neo when they release.
