Have you ever seen, or rather heard, if not felt a heavy 777 departure IRL close-up before? It’s an experience like no other. A deep rumble that escalates into a roar that shakes the car windows and you feel in your bones. Got stuck on Sepulveda once at LAX right as an Air France 777-300ER was powering up for the return flight to Paris. Even behind the jet blast deflector, the noise was something else.

What if it has Trent 800 or PW4000s? I think that they are smaller than the GE 90 so they make more a roar noise.
