I love this, but I’m out of votes.

This is on my top 3 to rework. Hope it does before I die😅

This rework will actually take much less than the a330, because the a340 has a lot of parts from the a330, such as the cockpit (a340 has 4 engine options thought the cockpit and not 2), wings, fuselage and landing gear, so it won’t require a complete revamp that will take a year like the a380

Agreed. On top of that this is a LIGHT rework, so they don’t have to spend 3 months on the interior or door animations and stuff.

Couldn’t they just use the existing a330 300, stretch it, add new wings and flight dynamics, and slight update to the cockpit to make this done? The a330 and a340 almost share all parts of the fuselage right?

Yes thats my point, just the same thing they did to the 77W from the 777-200ER

Then we need it NOW! 🥹

We will probably get it after the NEO, but there is a change that we can get new graphics and lighting this year, so dont worry :)

Actually need this, it flies good but the landing gear doesn’t even move and is just a solid object with no modelled tilt, did a short flight from Cape town to Johannesburg and enjoyed flying the plane just the lack of detail needs to be fixed but it is an old model.

Visible in the picture a few of the four engines were Airbus A340-300 and did not exist 600 the kind of engines.
