Airbus A330 Engine Slid Off Truck in Sydney

A General Electric CF6 engine believed to be owned by the RAAF slid off a truck near Sydney Airport this morning. The 7 tonne engine received some damage. The road was closed, severely disrupting traffic, but emergency services were lucky a crane was nearby and lifted the engine out of the way. The truck driver used restraints for a 900kg load, but the engine weighed eight times more than that. He will be appearing in court in November.

I wouldn’t trust these vehicles that carry things that aren’t stuck to the trailer. Like a cement mixer.
Once a cement roller filled with cement fell off and squashed a car.

I don’t trust things carrying other things that are like more than double the size of the vehicle. Take this for example!
