This is why we need the A330-200… The route opportunities are endless with this aircraft, as well as much better range than the A333.
6 months is still a lot compared to the 3-4 months we had for each aircraft back in 2020-22. But if the reason is quality, what can we do..
I don’t think you understand what I said I’m saying that the development time for each aircraft takes 5-6 months which means an aircraft every 3 months
Well, that’s not bad (awesome btw)
Would be so much better to have the New Air Transat Livery on the A330-200 as they only operate 2 -300s compared to 14 -200s!
Why did IF not include this in the A330 rework instead of the Neo? This would have been nicer to have a shorter version. Hopefully the new partnership will speed aircraft development up
I would happily switch the Neo out for the -200 any day!
If we get the A330-200, might as well get the PW4000 option on the A333, as well as on the A332. China Southern’s A330 operations to Adelaide were based around the A330s with the PW engines, which makes it slightly unrealistic to fly the CZ RR powered A330 into Adelaide.
Let’s not forget about Emirates, sorry if this is the 10000th time someone has mentioned this livery,I am just a huge Emirates fan
I have my credit photo at SeaTac Airport. Taken date: June 12, 2025.
