Does this have external differences to the A321neo?
Iāve been told the flaps are slightly different, although Iām yet to see those differences

No. Itās the XLR that has different flaps.

I thought I said the LR or XLR? š„²
The essence was right though, on of those models had some physical exterior changes.
I knew only one had different wings, but I couldnāt make out what precise model they were.
I was wrong in the way that I thought the XLR only had single slotted inner and outer flaps.
So I didnāt lie

I think it should be easy for them to make and release the A321LR at the same time as the A321neo as it is externally identical to the A321neo. the differences between the two are internal only in terms of the expanded fuel tanks.
